In your account profile, you can pruchase/upgrade to a higher subscription plan. Please kindly noted that there’s no refund for downgrading to the lower one.

30 days before expiring date (annually), you will be notified by e-mail to renew/continue the service/plan. Moreover, you may be contacted from Netka’s representatives for the confirmation of renewal, either e-mail or phone calls. However, auto renew will process to avoid the failure to access to your service, if Netka does not receive your cancellation will.

Renewing your subsciption, you will continue to use update version of NetkaQuartz Service Desk X (NSDX) software automatically together with our service support team at the same time.
